Managing construction tenders (referred to as "DEVI") is currently complicated by inconsistent data labeling, unstructured PDF formats, and the separation of product lists from service providers. This makes accurate data handling more difficult. Frequent DEVI recalculations, regional formatting uncertainties, and the need for multiple approvals further increase complexity and delays. To address these challenges, a digital initiative is underway to replace the manual, error-prone tendering process with a streamlined, standardised system. This shift aims to simplify tender creation and improve the precision and efficiency of searching for and managing DEVI tenders, ultimately enabling better decision-making and reducing administrative burdens.

After the evaluation phase, Sly shifted to a strategic consulting role, showcasing flexibility and commitment to aligning with Ineexa’s goals.
